I decided to go with my collage of a man with the word Lolita covering his eyes.
Due to the fact that the Anthology III book will be published in black and white, I decided to change my work the same way, but to make it more interesting I wanted to screen print it. I prepared the file in photoshop and after the trial, I decided that changed this way the image looked better only altered in the software rather than screen printed. It looks cleaner this way.

I have been taking different kinds of approach working on my chapter image, trying to use, collage, drawings and photography to reflect on my text and the delicate subject of it. However, I was mostly interested in collage due to the fact that not many book covers of Lolita actually use collage. I think that my favourite one is the image of the man with the covered eyes because of it exactly reflects on the idea that in Humbert’s eyes Lolita was everything for him and he couldn’t think of anything but her.
